In a recent interview with Pat Kenny, Mr. Patrick Carton spoke about the increased incidence of hip problems within the GAA ultimately requiring surgical intervention at an earlier age
“…8 years ago the average age was approximately 33 years of age, last year our figures show the average age was 26-27 years of age”
